Unable to view bills

Hi.  Whenever I go into my Virgin account online to view my bill (https://my.virginmedia.com/my-bills/index), when I click on the View Bills tab all I see is a message saying the following :-

"You've only been with us a short while, and we haven't billed you yet. We'll email you to let you know when your first bill is ready to view online."

I've actually been with Virgin for over 15 years, so can anyone help?
