Unable to view bills and overcharged

Hello,

I'm unable to view my bill online but the front page of my account indicates that I've been overcharged.


When I click on view my bill, it just takes me to the page called "Virgin Media billing and payments help and support" which when I click on "view your bill" from that page, just takes me around in a loop.

I've tried a different browser as a previous query had suggested doing.


Virgin, please advise what I should do and how I can confirm/resolve the overcharging.
