I have recently moved into a rented flat and decided to join Virgin, opening a 'Bigger bundle + Movies' package. However an engineer visited today and informed us that we are unable to have the 360 box installed and therefore cannot utilise that part of our package.
The engineer then spoke with a rep from Virgin who stated that the price would remain the same as we are a two days out of the 14 day 'cooling off' period despite booking a week prior. Is there a way to keep a broadband package at a cheaper price? Surely I should not be paying full price when I am only able to use half of the package?
