Unable to use TV part of bundle

Hi,

I have recently moved into a rented flat and decided to join Virgin, opening a 'Bigger bundle + Movies' package. However an engineer visited today and informed us that we are unable to have the 360 box installed and therefore cannot utilise that part of our package. 

The engineer then spoke with a rep from Virgin who stated that the price would remain the same as we are a two days out of the 14 day 'cooling off' period despite booking a week prior. Is there a way to keep a broadband package at a cheaper price? Surely I should not be paying full price when I am only able to use half of the package?

Any advice will be appreciated.

Very sorry that there has been some issues with the services since being installed, this isn't good. 


I've had a look into the back end of your account and can see you've since spoken to the team and discussed this further.
