Unable to upgrade online to M500

I'm currently on M350, the new M500 Ooomph bundle is available and according to the VM homepage postcode checker is available for my house. Yet when I go through to sign in I can't upgrade at all.

Looks like from what I'm paying now on an expired contract I could move to M500 and a free 4G sim to go with it for cheaper, so I'm certainly interested in shifting!!

You could try the text messaging service.

Just send  a text with a description of regrade  to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days. 

You can also call  150 from your Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, but best to call at 8am to avoid call queues.

Have read elsewhere that there will be a new standalone M500 package available for sale on its own from the 29th
