I am trying to update my card payment details but the dropdown menu for: 'Change my billing options is not displaying' in My Bills & Payments tab. I checked my bank account and there appears to be a recurring unpaid direct debits & a standing order, mainly a standing order for €950 on my virgin direct debit which I would like to rectify. However this is not displaying in my account. Not sure what is happening to my account.

Is that € or £ ?
