I just realised that the contact telephone number on My Virgin Media shows our old BT line number, which was disconnected many years ago! I have been trying to update it to our current cable landline number, but every single time I press save it just says "Sorry the changes you made were not saved, please try again".
Am I doing something wrong on the site or is this a common problem for others?
