Unable to sign into Virgin or access email online or via Outlook

I am Unable to sign into my Virgin account or access email online or via Outlook. States I have entered incorrect details. Haven't changed them. Is there an issue with Virgin servers. Have been on the phone for 95 minutes and still no answer so thought I would try here.

Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your account and mailbox @JABWootton

 

We have no known errors with our servers at the moment. I would be happy to take a look into this but we would need to pass data protection and account security via a private message.

 

I will drop the message over in a moment, please respond and we can get this looked into further.
