I have a Virgin Media Fibre, TV, Phone, and Mobile package. I'm trying to register on My Virgin Media to manage my account, but every time I'm told there is an error (won't accept the username). I was a Virgin Media customer in previous years so I'm wondering if my address and email are already in the system and this is causing the error. Grateful for any help. I've been trying to get through on the phone and online chat for the last two weeks with no response - so frustrating!
