Unable to see bills

Dear Virgin Media,

I'm having problems viewing my latest bill. When logged into the Web page or myvirginmedia app I can see the bill on the dashboard but when I try to access it I'm sent to the help and support pages.

I've looked on the community forum and have seen similar problems reported. One solution was to log in using the primary email, despite billing previously working using the secondary email. The problem now is that I can't remember my password for the primary email account and when I've tried to reset it, no reset email is sent as it doesn't recognise the primary email address (which I know is correct).

Can anyone help?
