Unable to resolve issue via phone

I am hoping a member of VM could please help me resolve an issue with closure of my account. I was moving address but it fell through last minute and now my account appears to be locked to an address I didnt move into. I am owed a credit return but have been chasing this up since Oct and just get passed around departments, promised calls back that never happen etc.

Just spent another 50 mins on the phone this morning only to be told they will ring me back Thu and no point me speaking to a manager or supervisor as they wouldn't be able to help further !
