Unable to reset access to account

Hi,

I appear to be locked out of my virgin media account.

My account had virgin.media address as the primary email but this was switched to reactivate my ntlworld email last May. Bills go to the ntlworld.com address.

My passwords are correct but thought this might be the issue. When I try to go through the automatic password reset option it's not recognising my username, account or bill details. The account is definitely registered though.

Any assistance gratefully received.
