I’ve just placed an order and got my install date. Got the email to register and when I attempt this, all I get is can’t use this password try another and no matter what I do or try, I can’t register for an online account.
hope someone can help otherwise I’ll be calling pre install and cancelling the order

Sorry to hear that you've been unable to set up a My Virgin Media account, so far. I'm guessing you've already tried alternative browsers and deleting your browsing history and cache, therefore I would like to take a closer look on your behalf. I am going to send you a private message. Please look out for the purple envelope in the top right of your screen.
