I'm having a nightmare trying to register my online account.
I've been a virgin customer for a couple years now and have managed to avoid really needing it, but need to now.
Every time I get to the verification page it asks me to answer a security question but doesn't give me a security question to answer! I waited on the phone for over 35 minutes to ask a person about it, and he very patronisingly told me to follow the instructions and refresh the page if it didn't work because its temperamental... but thats not my problem - virgin should fix the page if its so temperamental!
So far when Ive seen this problem on the forums a virgin rep has replied to fix it in a private chat, so hopefully that doesn't take too long to get done.
