Unable to register

I joined a week ago, landline and broadband installed and working. But I have not been able to register my account online with Virgin having tired numerous times. Every service on the website or ap requires sign in but I can’t sign in or register. It’s particularly annoying as unlike with Vodafone I have received zero information, no pack or info email since being installed.  What’s happening?

Sorry to hear this has happened 

Dont worry its an easy fix to get you set up online 

If I send you a private message to gain account access 

That way I can look at setting you up online 

Once that has been done you can log into all the apps 

If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great

The information you have given me brings up no account at all 

How did you sign up with us and can I just confirm that this is a residential account.
