I am a new customer, and received the email for eBilling. I clicked the link in the email to register a virgin media account using my account number and area reference.
Unfortunately, it prompted a message "Sorry, the username is not available". May I know what is username format standard? Or how should I resolve this issue? Thank you a lot!

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with registering for a my virgin media account.
A few questions if you wouldn't mind. Are you a returning customer, have you been a virgin media customer previously? Are there any +/- signs in your email address?
