Unable to register my account

I have exactly the same issue as others, been a customer for 6 months, receiving and paying bills but blocked from registering my account. Any help from Virgin?

I am very sorry you're having some issues setting up your online account, this isn't good. 

What happens exactly when you're trying to set up the account? Is there a specific error message so we know how we can sort this moving forward?
