New customer to virgin media. Set up broadband at the end of April but still unable to sign up for an account.
I enter my surname, account number and area code, as requested, and keep getting this error:
Your My Virgin Media account
We're sorry, but we're having a few technical problems and we can't set up your account at the moment.
Please come back and try again later
Same thing everytime. Help please.

Sorry to hear you're having some issues when trying to set up a Virgin Media account, but we can certainly look into this for you.
Just to confirm, have you tried on a different web browser and different devices? Does it still come up with the same error message?
It may just be that we need to confirm a few details on our end, but please do let us know.
