Am a returning customer but there seems to be some confusion with my last account and the new one...The surname is the same , of course, and the email address is the same, is this the problem but wasn't advised about this when rejoining.
So now I can't view our account..have tried phoneing the tech dept but have difficulty understanding the conversation.
Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Sorry to hear you're having issues with the online account. Just so I can pin-point the issue, can you confirm;
Have you been with us before, and had an online account with this account? If so, is that the email you're wishing to use?
If it is, we can do a Move and Transfer for you of the online account, that usually takes upto 24 hours, but we'll need to do this over a secure PM. If this is the case, please let me know and I can sort this out.
