Hi there,
This is so insane that 8 months after my services started, I still cant access my account online.
I have tried resetting my password and it doesnt allow me to create any password. I've tried about 30 different combinations, all giving the same "You can't use that password. Please choose another" message.
I cant sign in with my email because the reset PW link that gets sent to my email is "expired" as soon as I click on it.
I need access to my account ASAP to be able to manage it. How can I do this?

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues registering with the online account.
I understand that you have had a My Virgin Media account and when you sign in it is saying locked?
When resetting the password does this happen on alternative browsers?
What error message are you currently getting?

I tried to login or reset my password by clicking the forgot password link, system pop up as below. I also tried to use different browser and got the same result.
