Unable to register account

I have been using VM Broadband for nearly a month now and I still can not register for an account. I get the error message: The details you have entered are incorrect, please check and try again when trying to register.

When trying to register for this community my email address that I normally use did not work as I did not receive a confirmation email. I did however receive my order and contract via my original email.

Can someone please help?
