Moved into a new home and set up Virgin broadband, everything is up and running but I am unable to create an account online to manage my bills.
I go through all the set up, account number, area reference, email and security details etc but once I select continue I get the following dialogue-
I've seen this issue on these forums a fair amount with a lot of frustrated customers claiming it's not getting fixed.
I would very much like to get this sorted asap, thanks.
