Unable to register MyVirgin media

I have recently had an account transfer into my name. 

I am trying to register for the online My Virgin Media account, as directed in my eBilling confirmation email.

Once filling in the details required to register, the page tells me "The details you have entered are incorrect." These are the details that I have been provided with, so something has gone awry. 

Can someone please help me check my details are all correct at Virgin's end and also help me set up My Virgin Media online account.

Solved.

After doing some digging, looks like there were a few people in a similar position to myself.

The previous owner of the account and I, logged on to the account and changed all the details over to myself.

Looks like I was mistakenly sent new customer correspondence, so didn't need to register for a new my virgin account.

Hope this can help someone else out in the future!
