I have recently had an account transfer into my name.
I am trying to register for the online My Virgin Media account, as directed in my eBilling confirmation email.
Once filling in the details required to register, the page tells me "The details you have entered are incorrect." These are the details that I have been provided with, so something has gone awry.
Can someone please help me check my details are all correct at Virgin's end and also help me set up My Virgin Media online account.
