Unable to pay over due bill website doesnt work

I am trying to pay my overdue internet, but every time I try to make a payment it takes me to the pay page and doesn't allow me to input an amount, nor is there any button or option to pay. I NEED to pay the overdue bill soon, otherwise my internet will be shut off. Please help.

Having the same sort of issue. It lets me put the amount in but then i don't get a button to click to confirm the amount and pay the bill.
