HI I am not able to login to my account via app or through browser. Shows 

DEF01 & API03 error always. Need help

Please can you try the following:

  •  Cleared the Cache and Cookies.
  • Opened the page on another browser/ private browser such as incognito mode.
  • Opened the page on another device.
  • Tried the App.
