Unable to log into my virgin media account

I have now set up a new broadband account, and since have received details like my account number, area reference code and even when my delivery is estimated to arrive.

However, in the delivery email, where it says ‘track your parcel’ I then go online to try and do this and I still cannot log into my virgin media account. I put in the correct email and the password but then it tells me one is incorrect, then I try to reset my password and it tells me my email is incorrect, THEN I try to reset both using the details like my account number that I got today from customer service at virgin media over the phone and it is saying it can’t recognise these details. So this is becoming slightly ridiculous and it feels like virgin media aren’t taking me very seriously.
