Unable to log into Virgin Media

Tuning in

I've always been able to log into my Virgin Media account but it now won't recognise my password (which I know is correct) and won't allow me to reset it as "I've not set up additional details".  If I can't log in, I can't set up additional details.  Calling 150 doesn't work.
