Unable to log in AGAIN!

Once again the account details it took months to get set up BY YOUR IT department are being rejected.. Do you actually have anyone competent working there?

Sorry to hear that you're unable to log into your account again and can understand that it's frustrating. Can you tell us whether it's a mobile or cable account? Can you give us more details such as the error code you're seeing and on which screen/step?
