Hi, I signed up to virgin broadband and mobile last November (2020) but after several visits I was unable to go ahead due to installation issues (wouldn’t/couldn’t place it where I wanted it) but since they left after another failed visit I’ve heard absolutely nothing from virgin and as they are based on the dark side of the moon I’m unable to contact them. So can I go ahead and get my broadband from somewhere else and what do I do regarding my two sim only plans as one of them came free with the contract?
