I have been trying and trying to setup an account but no matter what I try it wont let me
I get different errors constantly. Currently I am getting "Oops, we've ran into a problem.
Wait a minute and try again. If this doesn't work, please come back later. (Code: DEF01)"
Other times I get to choose a password but no password entries are accepted regarless of if theyre strong enough
please help

I can't use a different email address as it just says I have to use the one that I used when signing up with virgin for my internet.
I have cleared my cache and tried 3 different devices. It's the same no matter what I try

Can you please try a password that is between 8-10 characters long. Please also ensure that you do not use any special characters and only numbers a letters.

Are yo using Chrome as your browser?
If so, can you please try using a browser other than Chrome and try using this link here. When creating your password please make sure you're follow these below criteria;
