Tried to contact today with 150, 0800, and 0345 numbers. None are working, just dead and cut you off. How am I supposed to get in touch. Also,used Twitter.

I think at the moment they are inundated with calls. I had a similar experience, but eventually my call was answered and I was put on hold until a representative became free.

Eventually got through on 150 but never spoke to a human. I want to tell them my wi fi box goes off line very frequently. Have reset many times by using the reset button. I think it’s old and needs replacing.

I have just arranged for a new hub3 to be sent out
This can take up to 5 days

Thank you for this Gareth. We have installed the new hob which worked ok but today it went off again and was completely dead, no lights at all so had to reset the box.

Thanks for your reply, I am sorry you had some trouble with your new box.
I have had another look at your services on our side and I can't seem to see any problems, its sending a signal to our servers which means it's online and working.
Please let me know any more info about this.
thanks for reply. It hasn’t gone off again so hoping it will be ok now. On another topic I have weak security on my iPhone in the settings . Is that ok?
