Hi I have tried to reach customer service regularly for the last 2 weeks and never get through to anyone. I have spent on average 30 mins per attempt at different times during the day / evening. (probably at least a few hours waiting now) I am trying to get an engineer to visit site as we have had no TV service for last few weeks. I am now actually looking at other options and will most likely just cancel my direct debit to end the service as I cannot even send an email to raise this issue. If anyone has some way to get in contact with anyone at virgin media it would be great.
