Unable to contact customer service

Hi I have tried to reach customer service regularly for the last 2 weeks and never get through to anyone. I have spent on average 30 mins per attempt at different times during the day / evening.  (probably at least a few hours waiting now) I am trying to get an engineer to visit site as we have had no TV service for last few weeks. I am now actually looking at other options and will most likely just cancel my direct debit to end the service as I cannot even send an email to raise this issue. If anyone has some way to get in contact with anyone at virgin media it would be great.

Hello

We can certainly help here on the forums.

If you wait and a VM staff member will pick up this post and get it resolved for you.

I would advise not to cancel your direct debit as that will cause an unpaid bill, temination of all services and transfer to debit collectors, plus a mark on your credit file.

Thanks for notes but how else do i cancel service if i cant speak to someone? Paying for a service endlessly while my calls are unanswered is not really a solution
