Unable to change password

I have forgotten my password for my Virgin media account. I accessed the website and forgot password option. I completed all details but it’s saying ‘please enter valid bill details’. The details are definitely correct. I have checked several times. Any help?

Hello HRowden

Sorry to hear this 

When you say bill details are you meaning the Account number 

If so try again and add a Zero before so it's a total of 9 digits 

If that fails let me know and I can reset it
