Really sorry about the confusion caused regarding changing your new number on your profile. If you are receiving texts and calls as you should then the number has been changed at our side, it's a known issue that the system gives an error message that the change was not able to complete but it does if fact change as requested.
If you notice any further concerns, we can double check this for you at our side to ensure there aren't any other issues that might be affecting you.
