Unable to change number in my profile

I’m trying to update my phone number on my profile but it keeps saying unable to save, but all my text messages come through to my new number, I’m really confused

Welcome to the community forums. 

Really sorry about the confusion caused regarding changing your new number on your profile. If you are receiving texts and calls as you should then the number has been changed at our side, it's a known issue that the system gives an error message that the change was not able to complete but it does if fact change as requested. 

If you notice any further concerns, we can double check this for you at our side to ensure there aren't any other issues that might be affecting you.
