Unable to change my e-Mail address

I currently have an account at my dad’s home but am moving out and have set u another account for my new home. I wish to keep first account running for my dad but I am having difficulty changing the e-Mail address so I can have both accounts registered. I have changed the e-Mail address on the account but don’t receive the e-Mail to allow me to verify the change. I am also struggling to find a way to contact to have this resolved.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. 

Sorry for the confusion over the email addresses; 


  • If the email is a Virgin Media email, then we wouldn't be able to move it from your Dad's account to yours as it's an active account (your Dads').
  • If it's not a Virgin Media email and a third party one (Hotmail etc) and it's for the online account, you'll need to therefore do a new email on your Dad's account first, verify that and complete the process, before then using the said email on your new account
