Good evening I have researched this forum and called the helpline and I’m hitting the same brick wall as everyone else
for some reason I cannot access my account to change my password, it keeps going round in circles.
tells me doesn’t recognise my email address doesn’t recognise my password
tried various browsers even tried my laptop and nothing
please can someone help
