I received the usual monthly email advising the cost of my bill but just get a blank page when I try to connect using the View this bill button on the email. When I then try to access the account it says it doesn't recognise the username and/or password. When I try to reset the username it then says it doesn't recognise it and only brings up the secondary accounts as options. Very frustrating. (Why you have to have primary and secondary accounts is also annoying). Is anyone else experiencing problems?
