Unable to access my virgin media bills.

Is anybody else been having issues with accessing there online bills.

For the past 10 months plus i have been unable to see my bills online, despite numerous frustrating calls to the help center I have still not got any access.

Can someone from the IT department with a modicum of sense please contact me to resolve the issue. I believe after a long exhausting conversation with the call center yesterday I now know cause of the issue but they were unwilling to listen and correct the problem. I require someone who can resolve online account issues who is willing to listen and help resolve the problem.

If I cannot get this resolved I may have to resort to cancelling my direct debit and have my itemized bill sent by post for me to pay.

Sorry to hear you've had this problem accessing your bills for so long.

 

May I ask what happens specifically when you try to view a bill via virg.in/myVM? Do you get any specific error message or anything like that?

Also, do you get the same problem on a different device/browser? Please keep us posted.
