Is anybody else been having issues with accessing there online bills.
For the past 10 months plus i have been unable to see my bills online, despite numerous frustrating calls to the help center I have still not got any access.
Can someone from the IT department with a modicum of sense please contact me to resolve the issue. I believe after a long exhausting conversation with the call center yesterday I now know cause of the issue but they were unwilling to listen and correct the problem. I require someone who can resolve online account issues who is willing to listen and help resolve the problem.
If I cannot get this resolved I may have to resort to cancelling my direct debit and have my itemized bill sent by post for me to pay.
