My Virgin Media account is registered under an old email address I no longer have access to.
I have tried the reset tools for hours at a time, but when I try to provide my correct email, I’m also told it’s in use?
I contacted Virgin Media staff on the forum about 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received a response.
Whenever I try the live chat on the site, my messages are read but never responded to.
I have also tried calling you, but every time I’ve been stuck on hold before the phone is abruptly hung up on me.
