Unable to access account

Hi,
My friend is currently unable to access their Virgin Media account at all.
They have no access to their email, username and password. They also do not have a welcome pack or bill so they don't have an account number or area reference. They have also lost the password to their email and have possibly changed mobile numbers since.

How do they access their account? Is there a way they can have a bill with the account number and area reference sent to their address? Or is there another way for them to access the account?
(Once I find out how, I'll tell him what he needs to do to access it).

Thanks for your first post and welcome to the community!

 

Sorry to hear your friend is locked out of his account.

 

So, the quickest way to get the account number, area reference ect out to your friend would be for us to re send the welcome email to an alternative email address of theirs. Or, we can change their password for them on our side.

 

We could also send out a letter with the relevant information on, but this would obviously take longer. To do either of these alternatives, we would need to be speaking with the account holder directly either via a personal account on here, or over the phone.
