Unable to access account - just signed up

Just signed up to virgin broadband but so far the user experience has been horrible. I left the page before signing my pre-contract agreement so I could evaluate other options. I then came back the next day to sign the agreements via the message sent over text - the agreements are now signed but I've had no confirmation email. I don't appear to have a Virgin Broadband account setup (at least if I do, I can't access it), and so I have no idea whether my broadband is actually on the way, or what at all is going on.

Would be greatly appreciated if someone from Virgin can help here. Thanks

We're sorry to hear you've been having trouble with setting up your account. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security.

If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊
