Unable to Register

Hi Team,

I would need to request for cancellation of my virgin media account. However in order to do so via live chat I was being asked to login. I tried registering myself but it is NOT accepting any of the passwords I have provided so far.

I have tried using different devices and cleared the cache as well. I am following all the password policies and though it is considering the entered password to be a strong one it is not finally accepting and creating my account. 

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks Client62 for the response.

However I am not in the UK currently and so option 1 and 2 is not feasible.

The only option for me would be online chat but like I said I am unable to do so because I cannot register myself into my virgin media account. The online chat requires a signed in user.
