Unable to Register Account

Hi,

I have my Virgin Media package for a few days now but I am unable to register for an account.

I am trying to register using the following link:

https://my.virginmedia.com/create-profile/register

Every time I try to register (from my PC or my mobile) I get the following error:

Your My Virgin Media accountWe're sorry, but we're having a few technical problems and we can't set up your account at the moment.Please come back and try again later

Note I have cleared my cookies and cache.

Hi R1234, thanks for the message and sorry to hear that you have been unable to register for the online account. Can you confirm if the email address has ever been used or a Media account in the past? Have you tried a different email address to see if you are getting the same issue? Chris

Hi Chris. The email address has not been used for another account in the past (although when attemping to register it is not actually asking for my email address).  When attempting to register it is asking for my surname, account number, area reference. Thanks
