Unable to Register Account

I am unable to register my account. I go to

> https://my.virginmedia.com/create-profile/create-profile

and enter all the details. I then get the

> We are not able to set up your my Virgin Media account at the moment. Please try again later, or you can also set up your my Virgin Media account at the time of your broadband installation. We are looking forward to connecting you to your superfast broadband.

error. I'm definitely entering everything correctly.

It seems like loads of people have this issue. I'll send details in a private message when requested! 🙂

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with registering your account.
