Unable To Register For Online Account

Had services for over a year and tried registering to manage my account online at least 10 times over this last 12 months but always got the below error.

Finally called Virgin last night but was on hold for 27 minutes so decided to hang up as that a ridiculous hold time!

Anyone seen this or know what the problem is?

Hi andyjstew, thanks for your post. Sorry for the problems you've had registering an online account.

 

Have you been able to try another device/browser to see if that helps?
If you have and that made no difference then we'll need to investigate further & possibly raise this with IT.

 

In the interest of getting this resolved asap I'll send a PM shortly to confirm a few details - if a different browser/device doesn't help please get back to me when you can and we'll take it from there.
