My old 18 mth contract was coming to an end towards the end of Jan, so I arranged for a call back to negotiate a new one.
Lovely fella offered me an ultimate oomph bundle with 500mb broadband and the unlimited data sim.
Its now been over 2 weeks and I've still not received my mobile sim.
Could one of the forum team look into this for me please, I have tried calling but have had no luck and the live chat just sends you round in circles.
