My discount expires soon and was wondering whether anybody else had managed to sign up for another discount period? I'm trying to ring Virgin on 150 but it just gives me options relating to phone and broadband, not TV!

Sorry to see you've been left unsure which options to follow on our phone line.
If you select Option 4, followed by Option 1, this would suffice for you to talk to the correct member of our team to discuss the package agreement
I'd advise calling close to 8am, which is our opening time. Calling at this time will allow you to avoid the high call volumes we've been experiencing at later hours
