URGENT - Need to Postpone Disconnection of Services

I have a home move booked, to an area that does not have Virgin Media coverage. So my services are due for disconnection this weekend (4th April 2020).

I have had to postpone the move until 13th April, so I need my services to continue until then.

I cannot get through to a call centre as they are closed, I have tried the chat tool but have been waiting on there all day with no response, there is no email address.

This is urgent, I cannot have my services disconnected yet as I need the phone and internet for work.

Please could someone change the disconnection date to 13 April and confirm?

Hi Alex,

I have a similar issue whereby i was due to move house on the 6th April but postponed due to the virus. I have been trying to reach Virgin to postpone my internet move date but with no luck. I have now completely lost internet and need to work from home, currently tethering from my mobile. Please can you help?
