I'm afraid the forum team don't have access to arrange callbacks.
There is also no way to guarantee that you can speak to an agent from a UK call centre.
All calls are fed through the IVR system which allocates the call to the first available agent, irrespective of their location.
You may have more chance though of speaking to a UK agent if you call at 8am when lines first open and are least busy.
