Typo on surname so cant get volt

I have had virgin broadband for a long time. But have 1 letter wrong on my surname. My son now has a o2 contract at the same address but we can't get the volt extras as the surname is spelt different. I have tried filling in the name change form but havent  heard anything back yet any advice ?

Hi 

Just wondered if anybody knows how long it takes to get Volt extras added to your account. I know it says 14 days on the website but it's been about 20 days now and haven't had anything. How long have others taken to get the boost. Does it usually take longer or do i need to start asking virgin and O2 what's going on.
