Hi, I seem to have two account numbers.
I started a Virgin contract in July but cancelled it within the 14 day cooling off period, I then started a new contract in September using the same email address. Now when I log into Virgin it's showing the old contact details.

Sorry to see that the correct details aren't showing via your online account. If you used the same email for the first account you set up this will be then registered to these old details.
Not to worry though, we can arrange for the details to be changed over for you. I'll send you a PM to confirm your details so this can be done.
